Incredibly easy! This was the easiest claims process, great app and customer service. Fantastic safety net, came in handy in huge way when pooch ate part of a blanket.

Great customer service, super fast claim approval and reimbursement
Love these guys - a no nonsense plan that covers everything I need it to (90% of), with a one time annual deductible (not calendar year, mind you), and that doesn't have any limits on the max $$ back based on the "issue". A quick snap of the bill, within 24-48 hours the claim was processed and a check in the mail days later. And, the monthly premium is very industry competitive - I did shop and compare plans. Keep up the great work Healthy Paws. Tucker and I feel reassured having you by our side.

I have a Shiba Inu and signed onto…
I have a Shiba Inu and signed onto Pet's Best when he was 3 years old. He had crystals in his stomach which of course are considered a pre-existing condition. Since that time , he is now 7 yrs. old ... they have found a way to get out of every claim submitted. Last claim was for an illness non-related and emergency visit and they rejected it two months later because it MISSED the deductible by $4.00. Are they kidding? I have a $250.00 deductible and they have never paid anything worth what I pay in fees every month for their best plan. Unless my dog gets some horrible disease, and I am afraid that they will find some bizarre reason not to pay, I will be looking for another insurance company. They are the worst.

Best investment I’ve made.
Precious was covered for everything except the pre-existing condition of Canine Megaesophagus. She developed a problem where Lymphatic fluid was leaking into her chest. Unfortunately even after ER care and overnight stays on several different occasions, we lost her. Because of the many different visits it was complex to work through all of them. The ER Specialty Hospital and Embrace worked together to finalize all of them.

Healthy Paws is amazing!
Never having purchased pet insurance before when we got our puppies we decided this time around that we should get insurance... but I didnt know where to go and decided on healthy paws after an internet search reading reviews like this. I was thinking insurance would help us with hard decisions when they were older, decisions we had to make with our other dog years ago, however, our one and a half year old just needed major surgery and this being the first time ever submitting a claim for $7000 I was nervous that I had picked correctly. It turned out that Healthy Paws was amazing, they helped me through the process, had an easy web portal to submit the claim and medical records and I received my payment quickly through direct deposit. Life saver!! Thank you Healthy Paws!!
