My pup had her first claim two days ago. It took my bill from $800 to less than $300. He had to stay the night at the hospital and lots of meds, tests and IVs. The direct billing was almost instant and made my decision to hospitalize her easy. Thank you so much trupanion!

My little Lexi needed a procedure done on Thursday. I submitted the claim that afternoon. I received an email Sunday morning that it was approved.
