A truly great pet insurance company
I understand that pet insurance isn't for everyone and it can be quite expensive. However, we have had Trupanion since our Corgis were puppies, some 12 years ago. Trupanion has been great to us through the years. As they advertised years ago, they don't set a limit on the age of your pets. They will take care of them for the duration. It took several weeks to decide on a pet insurance company and I am so glad we settled on Trupanion.

I've had my claim come back incorrect once but it was corrected afterI called and notified a Customer reprepresentative.

However, one of my claims was filed under a different claim when it should have went towards the correct diagnosis claim. Some people receiving the claims aren't as deligent in making sure that they are putting the current claim that has been previously diagnosed and claimed before under that claim that was just received. Another words, it was put under the wrong claim so my deductible want correct.
