My interaction with Carla, as with all Trupanion agents, was absolutely delightful. Carla is extremely knowledgeable, answered my questions with ease and an obvious display of excellence in her expertise. Carla has a lovely and caring disposition and is a pleasure to speak with. Fortunately and thank G-d, I have not had to use Trupanion for any issues with my little lover Beajou who is also my Medical Alert dog for my epilepsy. However, on several occasions I have made inquiries about a possible health issue regarding Beajou and each time I was told my policy covered each concern. Trupanion's coverage is extremely comprehensive and I feel a great ease knowing my little girl is in excellent and competent hands. May you all be safe and healthy.
