Not too impressed
Took 2 hrs to be approved for coverage on our last claim......not impressive. Our vet was closing, they could t send their staff home because we were all waiting to hear back from Trupanion on a clearly coverable charge

Very quick turn around.
Very quick turn around. I would love - in the future - to see the preventative care for our beloved pets to be covered, maybe at 50%. It would mean a lot. So far I am not recommending Trupanion to friends any longer, also because the costs skyrocketed in the years. However, i am happy with the claim experience.

Very easy to deal with your team. When I called into the call center - your lines were open all night, so I could speak with someone immediately, confirm my coverage and authorize the surgery. My dog would not have lived long enough to wait for the morning, had your lines not been open.
