We had a very scary medical emergency on a Thursday morning resulting in our 6 month old retriever having surgery. I submitted the claim the following Monday and was deposited into our account the following Tuesday! We were kept informed of the claim status through the whole process. Thank you!

I purchase Trupanion insurance for our pup at our first vet visit - and we’ve had excellent service from everyone we’ve spoken to over the years. We never did have to submit a claim until this past year and I was anxious about how the process would go. I’m very pleased to say the claims process has been made easy, friendly and quick to pay out whenever warranted. We’ve been so pleased with our service we subsequently purchased policies for our 2 feline family members as well. We’re comforted to know we have Trupanion behind us for any urgent health care issues our furry family members encounter as they age.
