Best pet insurance Ever!
The person I spoke to at Trupanion was so kind and caring! Trupanion was very prompt in approving my claim so that Trent could get needed care fast. This was my first claim and I am so impressed. I have had two other pet insurance companies before that was a waste of money. Not true for Trupanion. Love it!

My claim was paid in less than 48 hours. I had questions about my deductible and how it was applied. The representative on the phone was very patient with me and explained how to proceed for future claims regarding the same issue.

MetLife is there when the important issues arise with my pet's care, and as my dog becomes more senior in age, just like any other family member, her health concern start to increase. It's good to know I have someone like MetLife in my corner.

Overall good experiences over the last 2 years. The app usually makes uploading claims easy. Usually processed within a week or so. The last few claims however it has been really challenging. The app says my photo is too large to upload (but nothing has changed from previously submitted claims). So I’ve had to call to process making it less convenient.
