That said, I can’t express to you how thankful we were to have purchased Hamish’s policy with Trupanion and how much we appreciated your handling of our all of claims involving his chemotherapy treatment. The policy terms and provisions were fair, easy to understand, and made it very simple to submit claims. Payments were made quickly and the App made it very easy to track the status of his claims. The bills for his continued oncology treatment were not insignificant and, quite frankly, if it weren’t for our policy, some decisions as to Hamish’s continued treatment may have been difficult. But, thankfully, we were so grateful that Trupanion enabled us to get the best treatment possible for Hamish, it allowed us to have eight more precious months with him, and we will forever be grateful for that.

Files closed too soon-double deductibles
I have hEd past experience where a health issueforaourdog hashadfollowuvisits tosolve. It You too quick to close a file and claim that A subsequent claim from thE same health issue is separate matter and therefore each claim is Over the deductible I worry that this Claim could be a repeat of that shoddy practice
