I can not say enough good things
I can not say enough good about ASPCA pet insurance. If I email I receive an email back within a day. If I call the service is always friendly and all my questions get answered. My 2 dogs Lucky and Luna are on plans. I called to ask about Luna and they asked how Lucky was doing. I just think that is so wonderful. Quick turn around time on reimbursements. The app works great even online website. I like that it updates with the claim file process and I get email updates which makes me feel that I have not been forgotten. Very pleased and worth the money.

Easy claim process, respectable process turnaround
My experience has been good thus far. I have appreciated the user riendly claim process. Now that the deductible is met, my claim reimbursements confirm why I use Nationwide.

Deceptive to what is covered and amounts covered
Very disappointed that although my plan says they cover certain amounts for tests, I got only partial payments. I feel it’s misleading to say coverage for a CT scan is $990 but only reimburse $310.

Best Ever Pet Insurance
I usually don't give reviews, but I really needed to give you guys a high five! I have been experiencing the best customer service with Nationwide Pet Insurance since it changed from VPI which was terrible. No sooner is my claim filed, and I am receiving reimbursement from Nationwide. Not only is reimbursement quick, I can transfer the funds to my account immediately on line through Chase Bank where the reimbursement money is sent. They are a pleasure to do business with. I am very happy with their coverage and customer service. Totally gives me peace of mind :)

So Glad I Enrolled
This is my first experience with pet insurance and I find myself thanking my lucky stars that I got it! I have a relatively healthy 6 year old cat who suddenly became very ill...turns out she ate a handful of rubber bands. One surgery later she's doing much better and I'm not broke! I have had no problems with claims whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Pets Best.
