Best Company out there.
I have not had a problem with any claim I have submitted, although not all have been approved, most have. If there were an error on a claim they always waited until they contacted my vet sometimes several times to get it straight. What a compassionate company! It is bad enough when you pet is unwell and it really helps to have a compassionate ear when dealing with a claim. Thank you again Trupanion. I hope my referrals are signing on.

Quick response on treatment
I was surprised that the same day as the vet visit, Trupanion has sent out a notice of our dogs coverage. We a happy to say there was no need for any follow up treatment.

Disappointed
My 3yr. old golden retriever has been by my side during my wives 3yr. battle with cancer and the last 9months since her death. He developed a problem breathing, I took him to my vet to get checked out. I submitted my claim and was REJECTED. I,m trying to decide if I should continue on with TRUPANION! The payments and coverage aren't worth it!
