Trupanion gives me piece of mind when it comes to Margo (and previously my dog McLovin) Their customer service is amazing they are prompt with replies and seem to care about my dog even though they have never met.

Your annual fee increase of 19.
Your annual fee increase of 19.x% YoY is more than reason enough to abandon Trupanion. Your contract says rates may go up or down by up to 19.x%...funny how it ALWAYS goes up by the maximum ever year. This is shameful and I will no longer be recommending Trupanion for this reason.PetPlan offers far more competitve rates for an 8 year old dog. When I requested a lowering of rates, Allison did her job of towing the company policy...but wrong answer for the customer.
