Glad it was only a UTI
Bella, our deer head chihuahua mix was not well and her urine was not smelling good. We went to the vet and thankfully it was a bad bad e coli UTI And needed medication. I am so happy that we had insurance on her since they vet kept telling us it was not a UTI. After a few urine tests finally we had an answer. Bella was on augmentin for 15 days and is feeling so much better. I am so happy she is back to being herself. Thank you!

Pets Best is definitely your Pet’s Best!
I was a customer of a different insurance company and unhappy with how few benefits received for the amount I was paying. I did the research and put in the time to compare multiple insurance companies and plans. When I called the first time, the customer service was exceptional. Unlike other companies who only give great customer service the first time you call just to secure your business, Pets Best has been exceptional customer service every single time I have called. The plans available cover many options for different household budgets, making a huge difference in your ability to provide the best care possible every time. I recently took my dog in for a procedure and the vet’s bill was $348. After I paid it, I opened up the user friendly Pets Best app and took a quick snapshot of the invoice to submit my claim. Here is an email I received from them today increasing my insurance 140%. I have been with them for 8 yrs and had only one claim and that was this year for a payment of $1700. What a bunch of crooks. VPI MAKES IT EASY
I have been a client for over 15 years and I could not reccomend VPI more highly. There are lots of pet insurance companies to choose from these days, yet I have stayed with VPI. The process from vet visit to process a claim has been made so simple (on line). And the reimbursement is via direct deposit and usually within a week. I0 dog paw rating🐕

excellent and quick claim process
Nationwide pet insurance has a very effective claim process. I like the fact that as soon as they receive the claim, they email me and let me know they are working on it. They then email you with the results of the claim process. This is done very quickly.

So glad I got Nationwide pet insurance when I did!
My dog, Benji, was 4 months old when I signed him up for insurance (we have now had this insurance for 3 months). I'm so glad I got him covered early on. You just never know what might happen. When he was 5 months old he ate grapes and rushed him to the vet ($500+ bill) and then when he was 6 months old he was attacked by a German Shepard while we were walking ($800+ bill but thank goodness he was okay). It would have been hard to pay for everything had I not had the insurance. I submitted my claims and was surprised by how fast I was reimbursed (4-7 days). So far I am a happy customer!
