Figo has been awesome! I think their rates are reasonable. I take a pic of the vet bill with my phone and two to four days later the money is in my account. All medicines , surgeries and vet appts have been paid for ASAP! If there is a question about a procedure, your vet cane easily send them an email or phone call to clear it up. Fantastic customer service! My dog has had 2 surgeries and not one hassle from them. I cannot recommend them high enough!
