I cannot say enough good things about this company. Anyone I have spoken with there has been very nice, knowledgeable, and helptul. Filing a claim online is easy, and they pay the claims very promptly.

Peace of mind during difficult times.
I’ve had this insurance for a few years now. In that time my cat has had a number of issues with ear hematomas. He needed two surgeries, many appointments, medications, check ups etc. Our aspca insurance has been very reliable, fast, great communication and friendly customer service people to help with the process. There haven’t been any hidden fees or them trying to find a way out of paying. It’s made some very stressful situations so much better. It’s a peace of mind I would never even consider not having. My little family is grateful!

Great first time experience!
This was the first time I had invested in Pet Insurance.In the past I had paid out of pocket for minor little things. After obtaining two new dog I decided to get insurance on both of them. Both are Small Munsterlanders, one puppy and one 6 year old adult. Seven months or so the adult female was diagnosed with cancer. I had a choice, let her die or begin chemo treatments. I was afraid what the insurance might come up with to deny the claim. ASPCA insurance asked for a copy of the bill and the doctor's reports and paid the ongoing claim. I am very satisfied with ASPCA Pet insurance. They came up big when I needed them.

Very happy with Healthy Paws
Very happy with Healthy Paws! I signed up with them when I got my cat because of the very reasonable premiums. Recently my cat had to get emergency surgery to remove an intestinal blockage and I was so relieved that I had pet insurance. It was easy to submit claims to Healthy Paws and they were processed promptly.

The coverage for my pet has been great. Whenever I have submitted a claim for my dog, Khloe it has been handled quickly and with no problems. If my insurance covers what her problem is, the claim is approved and I am reimbursed as stated in my contract.

Best Pet Insurance We've Ever Seen
We have been nothing but thrilled with the insurance coverage under the Wellness Plan. It's the best we've found, by far, anywhere. The updated electronic claim service has been awesome. Really loving the efficiency and speed the claims are processed under this newer system. It's nice not to have to worry about whether we can take Bear to the vet or not based on cost. This has been one of the best investments we have ever made. We tell all our friends about it and rave about how good it is. Keep up the good work.
