My experience was generally very good. I think itemizing either what was covered/included or excluded would be helpful. I was very impressed with speed of claim processing. Customer service on the phone is second to none! Thanks!

Insurance when you really need it.
I got Trupanion pet insurance when my dog was 6 weeks old. Before he was even a year old I used the pet insurance to save his life. I wouldn't have been able to afford the care he needed and I would have had to let him go... Since then Trupanion has helped him recover from several accidents and, now that he's getting older, Trupanion is helping grow old without pain. I recommend everyone that has a pet that they love get Trupanion insurance. Read the fine print on the policy, it doesn't cover everything, but when you really need the coverage it is there.
