Trupanion is User-Friendly
Of the different pet insurance companies that I've dealt with Trupanion seems to be the most "user friendly." I still don't fully understand why some charges aren't covered. For example, my do as in for emergency treatment for a laceration to his foot. All the charges were covered, less deductible and subject to the 90% rule except one charge of $52, the amount charged by the vet to examine my dog to determine the extent of his injury. That made no sense to me at all. That said, I will continue to use their service.

I didn't get anything from the claim because I still had the deductible outstanding which is okay.
