Very good service at a very difficult time
Shumba has endured a great deal of pain because of a cancerous condition in his leg. We have had to take him to several specialists and treatment has been rough on Shumba and costly for us. Having Nationwide insurance has made all of this easier than if we had no such policy. They received my claim in one day and the third day approved it.
I brought him to the vet for the same problem and because I had reached my dedutable for the same problem, I received an answer in two days and got paid.

Easy process and quick turnaround on claims.
Our pet has a chronic illness that is being treated and managed really well by his vet. The treatments are quite costly, but we don't have to worry about it because of our Nationwide Pet Insurance. The claims for office visits and medication are all easily uploaded through the VitusVet app, and I get the reimbursement in time to cover the credit card bills. I really appreciate the swift processing. It takes the worry out of the equation, and lets us focus on the best care for our pet.

Easy Quick
The claim was quite easy. I used the Vitusvet app and it was as simple as uploading the invoice and making the appropriate selection (Pet, visit type, hospital and amount.) A few days later the reimbursement was deposited to my account. (Electronic deposit was previously set up, and I recommend you do this step)
