So easy, responsive & affordable
I keep recommending Nationwide Pet Insurance to friends. I can't believe how easy it is to upload claims via their VitusVet App. I feel all reimbursement claims have been valid explanations and fair reimbursements. I have saved thousands this year using my pet insurance. They deposit my reimbursement checks directly into my bank account. They have up to 30 days to respond to a claim, but normally do it within 7-10 days. They cover some annual prevention checks as well, which most other insurance do not. I highly recommend using Nationwide!

Pet owner's worst friend
It's 10 days I've claimed the cost of an emergency case, although an automatic reply said 3 days to process. Pet owners pay to be insured in the case they face any difficulties not to run after the insurance company to get a respond. I will not recommend at all.

Terrible customer service. No support in case of emergency.
1- terrible customer service 2- no answer 3- company just charge you each month for plan with no support on emergency case. 4- you are not a good friend for my dog. 5- never and ever suggest your company to any one else. 6- after 12 days of my claim, no one answer me.

Submitting claims is very easy and receiving reimburcement is fast.
I was so pleasantly surprised after I submitted a claim for a large emergency room bill and received a payment of almost the entire amount in a timely manner.

Best Customer Service!
Best customer service I have seen from anywhere in a long time. Everyone is ready to help and answer any questions. I’m new to making claims and had lots of questions. Every time I called they were willing to help. I got my payments for a surgery my dog had to have quickly!! Highly recommend!!
