Took my money for an emergency vet…
Took my money for an emergency vet visit and then said I couldn't have him covered until 6/1/2020 ! My dog has had 4 strokes in a matter of 2 hours!!! I will be sharing the screen shot of the conversation with the live chat where he shows no care whatsoever for the situation or that I had already paid it ssd hows a balance and account paid

Literally life-saving
On Apr 14, I picked up my beautiful new puppy. We had an incredible three weeks. And then he got very, very sick; I took him to the vet, which recommended I rush him to one ER, which then recommended we rush him to another ER with emergency dialysis capabilities. My little guy was clinging to life and only through 15 days in critical care was he able to recover from suspected leptospirosis. He had been too little to get the vaccine at his first vet visit; and he was just 10 days before his second visit where he would've gotten the vaccine for it when he got sick. The cost of his treatment was over $40,000 - beyond staggering. The only reason I was able to keep my guy alive was because of Embrace. Through the entire process, they comforted me when I called, they responded quickly to the early claims I was able to send, and when I sent the final big claim, that completely used up my annual policy in just two weeks, they cut me a check for the full amount in just a couple days. Having dealt with human insurance companies all my life, I was terrified that Embrace would try to get out of having to pay somehow - after all, I'd only sent them one monthly premium before asking them to pay out my entire policy. I had absolutely nothing to fear. Embrace covered every cent that they promised and they did it with a smile. Every single person at Embrace I talked to was genuinely comforting and empathetic with the nightmare I was going through. Many told me that they are pet owners too. I have recommended Embrace to everyone I know. It's the best investment I've ever made. I wish there was more than I could do for them than write them a positive review here because I'm just so impressed with them.
