Our vet sent in our claim and we got the check deposited in our account in less than 2 weeks. After our deductible they covered 90% of the cost. Are Dog had a pricey knee surgery. Trupanion is wonderful to work with, I highly recommend them to all pet owners!

Easy Claim Process
This was my first time submitting a claim, when doing so I was not sure of the process. I called trupanion and they walked me through the whole process. After submitting my first claim to process it took roughly 2 weeks before being approved. At which point I was emailed with the amount that would be sent back to me.
