Making my first claim was quick and easy. The follow-up communication was prompt, consistent, and accurate. It's not like they're providing you with a service that is near impossible to access, or so difficult you avoid it. Rather, it's like they are actually seeking to serve you well!

Payment Options Dictated By Trupanion
I wasn’t given any options for payment other than credit card or debit. That was my first experience and I must say I almost didn’t sign up. The customer should have the option of choosing how to pay for the service in my opinion, not have it dictated. I know of no other insurance company that conducts business in that way.
