Rates raised EVERY SINGLE YEAR
I have paid my pet insurance premium for over 7 years. The monthly insurance rate has gone up EVERY SINGLE YEAR FOR 7 YEARS IN A ROW!I It is more than double what we started at. Every year I ask why and they say because of the costs of vets in our area. Its a crock. Its a scam. What they are doing is illegal certainly but it's hard to prove from our vantage point...but I'll do my best to spread the word.

They challenge everything, so it is cumbersome to have to go back and dig up more proof to send them with each claim.
They are a pain to deal with sometimes, but so far they have covered what they said they would.

Getting Healthy Paws insurance was one of the best decisions I've made. My young dog has had two surgeries already and their reimbursement was very reasonable. Filing claims is very easy and their turnaround time for processing is very fast. I highly recommend!

I am completely satisfied with Embrace. They process claims quickly - at least thus far in my case. Any of their representatives with whom I have dealt were professional and pleasant. Have no reason to change. The first company I dealt with raised my annual premium even when I have submitted no claims - Took me only a minute to find Embrace. I like their wellness package - it encourages keeping our dog healthy instead of waiting until something serious comes along,
