In the beginning I was hesitant signing with Trupanion for my dogs health in the long run it was the best ever Trupanion cares about our pets and do anything and everything for them very caring I recommend everyone to join y never know when y will need them for your pet the best

We are in the process of determining a stomach issue with our 2 yr old mix. Many visits to vet. Trupanion works quickly with the vet office to process claims. Within 1-2 days or less settled. Great company to work with.

Excellent and timely communication. I received an update within 24 hours, even in a weekend. The on line submission procedure was easy and my claim was approved, paid and the money deposited in my account within a couple of days. As a retired person on a fixed income faced with a pretty large bill for my cat's diabetes diagnosis it was a lifesaver. Thank-you.

The internet is full of information these days but at the end of the day, we still need a human being to interact with us one on one and I was impressed that your company had that person who always responded in a timely manner.

My rep Cheri is very helpful, personable, and pleasant to deal with. Its nice to not have to go on hold for half an hour to speak to someone. I have her email and direct line so it makes communicating very easy. I didn't get talked into anything out of my price range and I like how you guys have direct billing anywhere in Canada - as I plan on moving and its nice to just have an easy transition. Also having 90% coverage for the entire life is nice. The other company I was considering went up as the cat aged - up to me having to pay for 30%!
