Claims turn-around time is pretty impressive. Even though you say to allow 72 hours for a response, my experience has been closer to 48 hours.

Rapidly escalating premiums.
When I first reached out to Trupanion I specifically asked about the increase in premiums and was told that there were very minimal and some years there would be no increase at all. In the 5 years since I've had my dog the monthly premiums are almost double. It has been very disappointing.

The deductible is pretty high, and it would be much better if it were an annual deductible instead of per incident. Not including exam fees for sick visits is not cool. It is easy to upload claims, but it takes a long time for claims to be approved.
