Fraudulent Charges on Visa
I cancelled my policy for illness and accident insurance when the aforementioned company paid $0000.00 of my $4000.00 plus bill. This was done in the middle of April, several times by text message and once on the telephone. Somehow this company charged my credit card on May 13, 2020 for services that they did not provide. Protect yourself from fraud! Shame on Costco for sponsoring this scam.

Great customer service and easy claims process
It has been wonderful working with Healthy Paws. The ease of submitting our claim and speedy responses have made some very stressful medical issues so much easier for us. Over the past three years we have had great experience with healthy paws. They are quick and efficient. Our recent surgery was accepted and we were reimbursed within 10 days making it so much easier, financially, for our family. We use them on a regular basis for prescription medicines as well.

Good coverage
