Simple process to file & receive payment
I have our dog's insurance info on file at his vet office. I simply remind the front desk people to please submit a claim to Trupanion for services and Rx rendered and Trupanion takes care of the rest. Emailing us of the progress and sending a check to us for our coverage payment portion.

It’s hard enough dealing with a sudden condition with my dog that needed prompt attention. Knowing I have Trupanion meant I didn’t have to worry about cost and could focus my attention on Bandit.
