Filing our claim was so simple, direct, swift and reasonable. During a stressful time when your dog is sick it was such a relief to not have added stress with the claim. Exceptional customer service very personable knows the answers and explains how claims work and what is necessary for claims to be processed to prevent denial plus 24x7 makes it nice when you can reach someone at off times (non-typical) office hours.
