Nationwide is hassle free pet insurance
I looked and compared 4 different pet insurers before choosing Nationwide. I've used them for over a year now and have been very pleased with their pricing, comprehensive coverage, and very easy claim filing process. Unfortunately I've had to use the insurance because my dog broke his leg and required extensive surgery. Nationwide was so easy to contact and file claims and within 5 business days I received my payment from them.

Superior service
Easy peasy to file a claim. This is the first time that we have purchased pet insurance and are glad we did. Our puppy has been to the vet twice and we are so happy to have Nationwide to help with expensive Vet bills.

Excellent
I love the service, the claims are easy to complete. The only 'issue' I have is that I've submitted 2 claims for something unrelated to an existing condition and it was assumed that it was related to that. Instead of asking (call, email, etc.) about it, it was denied and I had to submit additional paperwork to re-explain. This extra work on my end could have been avoided with communication asking me.

When my dog needs medical care the cost is the least stress due to Healthy Paws ALWAYS being there for us!
Our gentle giant girl has been very high maintenance. Though we love her all the same. She has had several surgeries and Healthy Paws has made it so non stressful for us. We just snap a photo and email it to them and within a few days we have our claim put into our bank account. They have never questioned or given a hard time. They always check on Blossom to make sure she is okay. I highly recommend them!

Claims get paid relatively fast
I really like Nationwide pet insurance. If I could change one thing it would be at the beginning of the yr meds for heartworm ,fleas coverage even though the shots are free with the vet taking him once a year for this coverage is truly expensive on the pet owners out of pocket . Otherwise very happy Great jo
