Payment is always made within a day or two after claim is received. Have not had any reason to question how much was paid. Very pleased with Trupanion.

Owen was very helpful and empathetic. Not only was he very quick to respond and answer questions (I can't believe I wasn't on hold and he resolved everything within 10 minutes) but he was very personable and pleasant. It's the best customer service I have had in a very long time.

I filed a claim on her insurance with Trupanion and I was very pleased with the quick response and the covered items! Veterinarians are very expensive and since I want the very best care for my pet, I am thankful to have you as my backup!!
