Although I have had a Trupanion policy for several years several weeks ago was the first time that I filed a claim.
Although I have had a Trupanion policy for several years, several weeks ago was the first time that I filed a claim. The customer service representative who answered my call was extremely polite, friendly and professional. She very patiently explained to me exactly how to quickly and efficiently file the claim, and what to expect in the future. Also, I apparently had an issue with my login information and she steered me through that process as well. Wonderful experience!
