Amazing Customer Service
Our Family has been with embrace pet Insurance for five years now. We’ve had four pets insured through them and everything has always been very easy. They have always been very thorough. They’re always extremely friendly and knowledgable on the phone. We even had a pet pass away and without any questions asked they prorated the rest of the year. Submitting paperwork is super easy. No hassles, they stand up for their company. Highly recommend!

Happy to have the service but they jack up prices every year
We are lucky that we signed our French Bulldog up at a very early age or else we would be broke. Trupanion is overall very reasonable. But read the pre existing clause they have or else it’s pointless. So sign your pet up early before they have issues or else it’s not worth it at all, unless your pet gets into am accident. They also send you a “policy anniversary notification” every year but it’s not good news. They jack up your price a ton. Every year. Mine goes up at least 30 dollars a month every year. My dog is 3. So do the math. By the time he’s 10 our insurance will be almost 400 a month with Trupanion for a 500 deductible. They will tell you to “change your deductible” so it’s a lose lose situation. Ultimately we’re happy with the service because it has helped a lot but we will never know if there are cheaper options. Especially with them jacking up prices.

Best Service Ever !!
We like the way we are able to submit claims on the website. The speed of processing the claim is so much faster now than before. We love knowing that Coco has coverage with a company who truly cares about the little 4 legged child in our lives. We have total peace of mind that if anything should happen to our little baby, we are able to care for her the way she deserves. Healthy Paws paid out a very large claim for surgery my dog needed. The process was very easy. It was reviewed quickly and I had the check within a week. The app is user friendly as well. Very happy!
