Because of the brevity of your EOBs, I am lucky that Carly Lincoln in your PNW office has been VERY helpful in understand why you pay and don't pay for certain items. It took me several claims to get up to speed, where I don't need her help very often now. She is a star!

After taking our Pomsky to our veterinarian and being informed about his cruciate ligament rupture. Trupanion in any way never hesitated on his coverage. They communicated with us right away.
