First Time Claimant
The process to submit the claim was easy, the feedback as to submission and acceptance was timely, however, after being a customer for over two years having the claim not paid or partially paid was disappointing. I believe that there is a process you must follow, however, I was disappointed in the result.

Long way to go to be the best
It took so long to process, vet was getting annoyed at how Many time they had to submit the same forms. The only communication from Trupanion was the claim was pending information., that had been emailed per the vet multiple times.
