Great Customer Service

I had a question about submitting a claim so I called Trupanion’s toll-free number. The Trupanion representative was very helpful and kind. I followed his instructions, submitted the claims and received the reimbursement within days. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, as usual!

Great pet insurance that cares!

I have needed Trupanion 2 times over my dog's life time and both times they have been so kind in explaining the process, and quickly processing claims. It has been such a relief knowing that I did not need to factor financial cost into making decisions regarding my dogs care. I truly believe that having access to this coverage enabled us to pursue treatments that have extended our dogs life, improving the quality of his life as well. Very grateful and glad we made the decision to go with Turpanion.
