We’ve only had the policy for a little over a month but we’ve already had a lot of vet visits with our new puppy and the claims process has been super easy! Claims are reviewed quickly and we receive refunds within a couple of days. Very happy with the service thus far.

Any questions are politely and immediately answered by the wonderful Nationwide Representatives. Every person I have spoken to on the phone is caring and responsive. They make me feel like they really care about my Chuy's health and well being. I am also impressed on how easy claims are to submit and the reimbursement comes very quickly!
