Too Many Things are not covered, you lose on this insurance after the deductible!
I took my dog to the emergency room! The bill came to almost $800.00. The emergency room doctor that saw my dog fee was $120.00 and the deductible was $250.00 . They told me that they don’t pay for the doctor to see the dog!!! That’s crazy!! How is the dog supposed to get treated without seeing the doctor!!! My deductible I can see and then the 90% of that I can see!! Not paying for the doctor!!!! And then every time you go to the emergency room with a different sickness, it’s $250.00 every-time deductible!! I would not recommend this company!!! I won’t benefit you! You will rind up paying most of the bill!!!!

You could’ve helped but you didn’t
My Max had cherry eye but he is around 11 months old and because he is not insured for over a year nationwide decided not to cover it! Had I waited 60 days of the same procedure it would have been covered. Shame on you! Should my baby has just suffered 60 more days to fit into your profile

I cannot say enough good things about them- beyond happy!
My one dog has been through a lot. At one point he got really sick and we saw 8 vets by us who could not figure it out, but he was dying- his liver was starting to shut down. I went down the PennVet and was able to say, do whatever you can because we had the health insurance. They saved him! Found a rare infection under his armpit- who knew. Recently he had a mast cell tumor removed. We never had any trouble with claims, reimbursements came promptly. I don’t know where I would be without them!
