They do exactly what they say they will do - I scan in my Vet receipt, and within a week or two I have a reimbursement Automatically back in my Bank account. Highly recommend.

Wonderfully easy and complete!
The biggest fear when your pet is sick is how to pay for it. Even if you put it on a credit card, you have to deal with the stress of paying it off. Luckily we had Lili covered! I was so relieved that I could just snap, submit, and go back to caring for her. Processing was really fast! Using automatic deposit, we were able to put the reimbursement towards the card right away. More important, we have a happy and healthy furball again and that means the world!
