I’m so thankful for such an amazing insurance company to care for my pets. Savannah has Multivascular Liver Dysplasia and without this insurance, I wouldn’t be able to give her the care she needs. We brought Teddy in and as usual our claim was paid timely and the process went very smoothly. I recommend you to anyone and everyone who asks about pet insurance. I recently changed from payroll deduction to direct debit (after.losing my job due to Covid-19) and the rep who helped me was wonderful

I am happy to have insurance but I find the process difficult at times
I do recommend having pet insurance, however the claim process is difficult. I have had to jump through many hoops place many calls to get my claims processed. I think now that I have things set up, it should run smoother. I am hopeful. I am willing to keep the insurance and see.
