It took many tries but the representative was able to help me immediately.
It took many tries, but the representative was able to help me immediately. And since speaking with her and getting the correct forms and information, claims have been processing much more quickly. If all this information was much more transparent and easier to obtain, I would give this company a score of 10. But things take a long time to process if you don't give them all the information. And they don't call you to follow up and tell you that information is missing. You somehow have to figure it out yourself and call them.

I'm wondering if pet insurance, mot just your company, is really worth it. I guess it is in case of a catastrophic illness. All insurance is a gamble, though. Heads you win, tails I lose. A $700 deductible renders most claims unpayable.

i honestly feel nothing is ever approved
i honestly feel nothing is ever approved from Trupanion, our dog hurt his 'paw' last year and it was torn up and trupanion came back that it was 'allergy' based. Not sure but I feel getting any claims paid is impossible..
