Kathleen was AMAZING.

Kathleen was AMAZING. I was so pissed off about having to call you (ex-girlfriend, who bought the dog and then left the country - forcing me to take everything over and I DO NOT HAVE MY SH*T TOGETHER) and then Kathleen was, annoyingly, a beacon of kindness and sunshine, forcing me to have to be nice too and destroying my bad mood. I genuinely can not believe you have such a sweet, kind person working for you - how are you so amazing in a pandemic?!?! I was only going to stay with you for a month and then cancel, to get my ex to shut-up, but after this experience I can't cancel. You are lucky to have a person such as this working for you and you should do whatever you can to make her never leave. That new Tesla SUVs are pretty cool.......

I have filed 3 claims (so far) and each time the claims process and the customer service have been GREAT!

I have been very happy with Trupanion's customer service throughout the years. Luckily I have no had to submit any policies , but anytime I have any questions they are very willing to help and are very kind and courteous.
