I think the CEO of Trupanion should hold a conference for human medical insurance companies and teach them how to run their businesses.Thank you for being there when I needed you!

Quick reply while at the Vet for the diagnosis and reimbursement. Trupanion paid the Vet directly for reimbursement portion which lowered my out of pocket right on the spot, just like when I'm at the dr for myself... it was fantastic!!
