Responsive and Helpful for My Claims

I was very impressed and touched by how efficiently, rapidly, and well that Trupanion handled my claims. At the time of my pet's passing, Trupanion was also very compassionate in sending a message and a beautiful card. Positive experience with Trupanion

We have had very positive experiences with Trupanion for the past 6 years. Our vet can submit our bills directly to Trupanion and, within a few days, we receive an email from Trupanion confirming receipt of the bill. They clearly outline the covered portions of the bill (usually 50% or more) and the reimbursement check comes promptly.
