TheOperator was great and help me through the process. Confused as to why no I had to He called back to give every person that the dog has seen for vaccinations. Why didn't they ask this in the beginning! It has just delayed my claim. Also I called from the doctors office regardingMy dog needing to be seen and the operator said nothing about getting a preapproval, she just said send us the receipt when you get done. I could have alleviated much of this had I just simply gotten a preapproval while I was there.

My rate has gone up for the last 2 years.
My rate has gone up for the last 2 years. I understand they take into account a list of factors which include zipcode. My zip code is part of san bernadino county. But even though , I live in the mountains and my dog is a housedog. I wish they would take into consideration the area we live in and not by county.

It's SO EASY to contact you guys & I especially like the " call back" feature so I didn't have to wait on hold forever. And the woman who helped me, Natalie, was WONDERFUL, she was the PERFECT combination of professional & friendly. She was kind & compassionate while being extremely professional during our entire conversation. Life has been challenging for me for a long time & after speaking with Natalie, not only was I relieved to know I could handle my claims easily, but I was greatly cheered by her warmed & empathy. She gave me all the information I needed & made it clear that I could call any time & someone would be there to help me, with anything. She was very willing to help & was knowledgable about all that Trupanion has to offer. She put my mind at ease AND made me smile! I love Trupanion & have recommended you guys to EVERYONE I know who has pets ( really, truly.. I have!) I know this sounds like a corny commercial, but I really believe in letting people know when they've done an outstanding job. This is a sincere review. Thank you for everything, I'm so glad to be with Trupanion! ( now all I have to do is actually FILE the claims!)
