Very Disappointing Experience
This was my first claim with Trupanion after signing up with them earlier this year. The claim response was riddled with errors, inaccuracies, and false statements. Most of the responses from the claims team made absolutely no sense and did not correlate at all with my claim description or with the invoices submitted. I was extremely disappointed in my first use of pet insurance.
