I've had Trupanion ever since our 1st dog and now we have it for our 10 month old and and 8 week old puppies. I have always been very pleased with their service. With our 1st dog who had IBD, we had many vet bills and medications and were so thankful for the coverage we had with Trupanion. Everyone I speak to is pleasant and helpful and making claims through the vet's office is simple.

The premium increases despite no claims being made.
The premium increases despite no claims being made. I would suggest a policy that considers usage. My dog is 11 and while I have incurred hefty vet bills , the services ne et appear to be something g I am allowed to claim with Trupanion. Also, you must pay full cost and then wait for a reimbursement. I wished I had Researched other providers when our dog was just 8 weeks.
