Not too happy.

I was really happy with how this worked out the first time Ifrit got injured. He's a dog that plays rough and gets into sticky situations every now and then. I don't think the once per issue deductible works for us. He is young and doesn't have any long term issues. Just cuts and scrapes that pop up from time to time. Would've been better to pay out of pocket instead of into insurance. I'll probably be finding another insurance company, unless I can switch to a yearly deductible.
