Very happy
I have been very happy with Healthy Paws insurance. My only hesitation is the cost. However when my dog needed emergency care it was such a relief to have her fully covered by a company that had covered claims in the past with little hassle. I was able to make decisions based upon what was best for my little dog, rather than the cost of the procedures. Healthy paws was quick in settling the claims and very compassionate.

Sarah, was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. She even asked how are dog was by name. In a world of stressed customer service her cheerfulness made a difference and I wouldn't hesitate to call again when the need arises. Pets are fun and so was dealing with your customer service.
