It was my first claim. Although it didn’t pay as it all went to deductible, the turnaround time was quick for a response and I love the personal detail on the email that said to give lots of love to Cooper from Trupanion.

No hassle, no checks in the mail. By the time I got home, I had an email detailing the claim payment. Great service, hassle-free. Love it, and I would (and do) recommend Trupanion to others.

Trupanion as been excellent in helping provide exceptional care for my Dachshund. Hailey has had issues with Pancreatitis and just recently Cushings Disease. As long as I have a pet, I will have Trupanion.
