#1 Your representative, Chantel, was very engaging, professional and knowledgeable about your pet insurance offerings. Chantel was informative without being a hard sale type. #2 100% coverage was available, which is what we were looking for, at a reasonable rate.

Am so very grateful that I have Trupanion for my "Maggie". From customer service to filing a claim I have never had any issue and am always shown concern and compassion for whatever is needed. I encourage anyone having a pet to have insurance and if given to opportunity to make a recommendation I always recommend Trupanion. They are the best!!

They "conveniently" fail to receive the larger vet bills!
Vet sent surgical bill three times. On the fourth try they had to sit on the phone and make sure ASPCA registered the bill! Still have not been reimbursed and I bought the most expensive policy from them. Sent very few claims in the last two years

Trupanion has been great
Trupanion has been great! Our dog suffered serious health issues that were not life threatening with correct treatment. Treatment was VERY expensive but thankfully we had Trupanion. Once we met our deductible they continue to promptly pay us after we pay for his latest treatment - this has been going on since 2018! All of our pets now have their own Trupanion insurance

Trupanion has to be the best pet insurance I’ve ever had. They really have the best customer service too. I know this might sound like a typical review but they saved my girlfriend and I’s butts after our shiba inu had to go to the hospital.

I dealt with Jessica. What a relief & breathe of fresh air. She clearly detailed things to me I never took the time to ask about prior to my signing up. I was able to make a simple change with ease & received a valuable education on my product that I am even more at peace knowing I have the very best plan for my now 15-year-old Princess (calico diva)!!!
