Best Around!
Healthy Paws is the best pet insurance around. Our dog has required several leg/knee surgeries and Healthy Paws has made them all possible. The customer service is amazing and they are prompt with payments. And submitting claims couldn't be easier. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I wish they insured humans
I love HealthyPaws Pet Insurance! They respond quickly to any questions or requests and process claims in a matter of days, resulting in a nice check just a few days after our vet visit. I only wish that they provided Human Insurance because I'd sign up with them immediately.

I have 3 dogs with medical conditions covered under PB. My dog pack has been covered for 4 years with this company. In the last year their abilities to serve their customers in a timely and efficient manner has declined to the point they deny almost every claim immediately claiming they need more information from the vet or specialist. As an insurance company that's been active for so many years, the last year showed me that this company would not be one I recommend to others unless you want to spend days and weeks (even months) fighting for PB to acknowledge your claim is valid. The last 4 I submitted were denied. I sent them the same paperwork as originally sent, and within days of the same paperwork they paid on all 4 claims. Beware of this company if you're not used to dealing with healthcare, or insurance companies. ETA: spelling errors

Would not own a dog without Trupanion
We are on our 3rd and 4th dogs now on this insurance. Three of our prior dogs have needed expensive orthopedic surgeries and/or cancer treatments. This insurance has allowed us to give our dogs the best care possible. I would not own a dog without Trupanion insurance.

If I could give Trupanion zero stars I would. For the past 5 years of having Trupanion it has been nothing but a hassle and stress. I would rather not have insurance through them because you end up paying for everything despite having coverage. They try every loophole to not pay you. Would never recommend them to anyone.
